Exchanges and returns
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge.
To exchange an item please request to the email jferrer@joaquimferrer.com a Return Number within 14 days of receiving your order, and specify the new size you require.
We hope it does not happen but if you are not plenty satisfied with the product receipt, you have a 14 days period from the receiving of your order to communicate us the return of the goods to the email jferrer@joaquimferrer.com.
To be underlined, furthermore, that all Joaquim Ferrer products are handicraft. The production of the leather, materials and pieces are totally handmade and any small imperfections are due exclusively to the craftsmanship of the creations as entirely hand made.
Shortly we will respond by giving a Return Code, which must be used to fill out the form inside the product box. Without this Code, no reimbursement will be made. Aiming to improve our products and services, we would appreciate if you could detail the reasons for return in the form inside the box.
Once receipt the Return Code you will be entitled of 7 days period to refund the goods. The package must be received at: JOFER LEATHER, S.L, C/ Viladecans, 44, bajo, 08820 El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona) – España.
From the reception of the goods, JOFER LEATHER, S.L. will refund the price paid, in a maximum term of 30 days.
Shoes must be tested on a carpeted, clean surface.
Shoes and bags must be returned unmarked, in its original box. If not, the return can not be accepted.
JOFER LEATHER, S.L will not take on any transportation costs for returning the product.
Late returns
A Return Number must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. You must return your order within 7 days of receiving this number.
Late returns may be accepted at the discretion of Joaquim Ferrer online store and will only be refunded as a store credit.
Terms and conditions
JOFER LEATHER, S.L is not liable at all for possible delays depending on custom clearing, weather or force majeure conditions.
JOFER LEATHER, S.L is not liable if because of a specific computer configurations used by the customer or its wrong operation as well, the displayed colour products on the web site turn out to be slightly different from the original colours.
